National Honor Society students inducted
The presidents for NHS are Lindsey Birt, Isabella Lenthe, Elli Lane, Carys Morgan, Talmadge Sommers, Abby Titus, Sara Wilkinson, Austin Petty, Chloee Clark (Chief Executive President), Sydney Jensen, Garrett Grow, Tyli Archibald, Brielle Sill.
The Morgan High School National Honor Society held its 2023/2024 school year Induction Ceremony on Monday, Oct. 9, at Mountain Green Middle School.
To be a member of NHS, students in grades 10–12 must meet the requirements for membership outlined by their school's chapter. Those eligible are invited for membership. Students must have and maintain a 3.7 GPA. Once a member is inducted they are required to complete 6 hours of service each trimester. Being an NHS member at MHS helps create enthusiasm for scholarships, promote worthy leadership, stimulate a desire to render service, and encourage the development of character in the students of Morgan High School. λ
